Katayoon Moghaddam
Katayoon "Katy" Moghaddam, based in Jericho, New York, is a distinguished artist and educator with a deep-rooted passion for creativity. Growing up in a family that valued artistic expression, Katy's love for art began early in life.

She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in painting and has mastered various artistic disciplines, including drawing, painting, and ceramics. Her work spans multiple mediums, such as pencils, charcoal, pastels, watercolors, acrylics, and oils.
​
Katy has exhibited her work internationally and was formerly a member of the National Art League of Long Island. With a Master's in Art Education (K-12), she has dedicated 17 years to teaching art to children and adults at her private studio in Jericho. In this welcoming space, students of all ages are encouraged to explore their creativity, refine their skills, and express themselves through art.

Katy is devoted to inspiring her students, viewing art as a powerful tool for relaxation and self-expression. She believes in helping individuals embrace their creativity and enrich their life's journey.
